The women of Virginia deserve safe medical care. The unsanitary conditions, poor medical records, and other findings at abortion clinics in Virginia necessitated regulations that have been put in place. I urge you to uphold the laws requiring parental consent for abortions as well. Please do not roll back the progress to protect women in Virginia. Audrey Stout, RN, RDMS
