Regulations on health care provision should emphasize safety and not political or religious interests that have nothing to do with medical safety.  Please allow dedicated women's health care organizations to continue providing needed services and please do not single out one medical procedure by imposing unnecessary regulations that are not imposed on provision of other types of medical (outpatient surgical) procedures.
