Hello Virginia Board of Health,

I am writing because of my great concern of the damaging effects of many of the new proposed regulations on Women Health Centers in Virginia.  It seems many if not most of these new regulations are designed to impose significant financial and/or regulatory burden on these vital facilities for women’s health with the religious-backed political goal of shutting them down.  This will have a devastating effect on many women’s health and is totally unnecessary.  In addition, it is reported the Board of Health’s own medical advisory board as well as other respected medical organizations do not support these regulations.

I urge you to take your responsibility to promote the health of all Virginians seriously and reject these proposed regulations.
