Uphold Current Regulations

Let the current regulations of Abortion Clinics stand.  The practice of abortion for any reason is wrong.  The regulations do not say this. The regulations say that what is taking place is of great importance and should be conducted appropriately. The regulations recognize that what is taking place is the result of the most intimate of actions available to human beings.  The regulations recognize that whatever the view of those for or against abortion, the abortion affects the fetus, the embryo that is developing exponentially. The regulations recognize that the termination of the product of conception is an event that affects the lives of the progenitors who know that were this entity to live their lives would never be the same. The regulations recognize that there is tremendous emotional support for or opposition to the rights of the conceptus on the part of the general public. The regulations do not call for the end of abortion nor do they say that abortion rights should extend forever. The regulations say that this is a matter of tremendous importance and needs regulation to satisfy those opposed to the procedure and to assure that the medical practices may take place and be professionally sound. The regulations say that society knows that somthing of great import is taking place and that the places where the procedures are performed need inspection and, if necessary, sanction. The regulations say that medical practices always need refinement in accord with the growing knowledge of society about the abortion procedure and its theater of operation. The regulations should stand.
