Every procedure should be performed in a sterile environment. The idea that a clean environment will put clinics out of business is ridiculous. Could you imagine if McDonalds said that health inspections would put them out of business" Would you eat anywhere that didnt adhere to basic hygiene and sterilization standards" I wouldnt set foot in a doctors office that seemed dirty or unclean.
