The regulations for any surgical center should appy to abortion centers to protect women during this medical procedure and should require the same clear and completion explanation of the procedure and risks as is required in any other type of surgical or out-patient procedure.  I think the regulations should at least be comprable to those for my recent colonoscopy in terms of preparing a women for an abortion and in the procedure and discharge, to include a companion and driver with her.
