In the past two years the number of health and safety violations found in Virginias abortion clinics have been outrageous! Please, for the health and safety of the women of Virginia, ensure abortion clinics are held to the same standards as other medical industries were life and death decisions are made every day. My mother worked for Planned Parenthood. I remember how young women trusted them to help them and keep them safe. We, as a society, have opened the door to legal abortion, now we must insist as a society that these clinics comply with the same rules and regulations as other health clinics in our state. Veterinarians have a higher standard for their patients. Please enforce health and safety regulations for abortion clinics. Our daughters and granddaughters deserve that much consideration.
