It's my hope that all Virginia's medical facilities would have regulations guiding their safe practice of medicine for the health and well being of all patients.  It's my opinion that the same requirements and regulations be imposed on doctors' offices and clinics that do colonoscopies, that do minor surgery as well as those that do abortions.
