I am writing to urge you to keep in place the health and safety standards that ensure that abortion centers in the Commonwealth of Virginia meet basic standards of care for women who choose to have an abortion. Every public service industry, whether it is dentist offices, tattoo parlors, restaurants, or day care centers, must meet basic standards that guarantee quality of the product or experience for the the public they serve. Abortion clinics should be no different. Do not allow the abortion industry to roll back these protections, exposing vulnerable women to unsanitary and dangerous conditions once again.Thank you for doing what is right and good for the people of this state.
