Dear Board of Health Members,

It is essential that Virginia maintain strong abortion center regulations.  Virginia women deserve nothing less.

I do not consider abortion to be healthcare, but because these facilities operate under the guise of healthcare they should be held to the same standards as other healthcare facilities.
