Women's safety is important, as is access to care.  Reasonable standards for health & safety are important. These new regulations go beyond reason and seem to be targeted at clinics providing a wide array of health services to women, mostly underprivileged women. Please repeal these new standards and use reason to make sure that women have access to the safe healthcare they need.
