I have read terrible stories of the butchery that takes place at many abortion centers. I met a nurse several years ago who worked at one of these centers. When the baby was born breach and kicking, the doctor pushed the baby back inside so the head was not visible and then stuck a pair of scissors into the base of the babys brain. Its legs stopped kicking. The nurse quit that day. Regardless of the term of the pregnancy, the destruction of life by abortion is murder. Every Christian believes this. Every human should believe this. But the life of the mothers is at risk too due to very unsanitary, unsafe conditions. All women and especially mothers deserve to be protected by our laws. How can any medical facility, including abortion centers, be allowed to operate without medical standards" How can our government ignore what goes on in abortion centers" If Planned Parenthood has the funds to bring its abortion centers into compliance, then this organization should be held legally liable to make these centers medically safe for mothers. Please investigate every open abortion center -- its construction, its operating rooms, and how it cares for its patients -- and then close those that violate safety standards required for medical facilities to operate in Virginia.
