Don't turn back the clock in VA by making harder to obtain legal abortions! Women have always gotten abortions and always will, but this hurdle will impede the poorer citizens and make legal abortions to difficult to obtain. Wealthy women will always find a way to have a safe and probably legal abortion, but extra regulations and costs put the burden on those who can least afford it.
