Gov. McDonnell is going way beyond his authority by trying to ban abortions and their facilities in Virginia. He's also inflicting his beliefs onto others living in Virginia. This is wrong. This is not Constitutional. It violates a woman's right to choose for herself. The government (State, Local, Federal)  have no right to have a say in what women can do with their reproductive health.

Please stop the anti-abortion amendment he's sneaking into SB921 and HB1900. These bills are to implement Virginia's new health care insurance exchange, as set out under the ACA, and are totally unacceptable and unnecessary. Leave health care decisions to the woman, not Gov. McDonnell.
