Please do not pass and enforce legislation that will make it harder for women to get adequate health care.  In the current economy, it is more important than ever that women have access to women's  health services, including contraception and abortion.  Raising the requirements for health clinics will NOT support this goal.  Such action will simply prevent women having access to care, because many exisitng clinics will have to close.  This kind of "improvement " is really a political move to deny women their legal right to health care--and abortion--and makes Virginia look hidebound, as well as devious and uncaring.  What has happened to the liberal, forward-looking state of Jefferson?  We destroy our own reputation with such political moves!
