As a citizen, taxpayer, and constituent in the Commonweath of VA, I object strenuously to any regulation or provision that would limit the accessibility of women's health care in the Commonwealth.  Please do not enact any regulation or procedure that limits the accessibility of women's health care services.  Do not close or shorten the hours of operation in those clincs and do not enact any provision which would limit or prohibit the provsion of medical services to any woman in the Commonwealth, no matter what the type or description of services medical professionals believe to be in the best interest of the woman who is their patient.
