This regulation reads like a bad joke: I can get LASIK, have oral surgery, have cancerous lesions removed from my skin, or have my boyfriend receive a vasectomy in outpatient centers that are NOT subject to these laws. That makes it clear these rules are entirely designed to limit a woman's choice, not to promote or respect her health and safety.
You are limiting women's access to desperately needed medical services based out outdated, sexist, and offensive ideas that women are unable to make informed choices about their own lives and health.
Please do not drag Virginia backwards in this.
