Requiring clinics which have been in operation for years to rebuild to standards required for new construction is ridiculous.  If you proceed down this path, I hope you plan to do the same for every other public office- Dr's, Dentists who perform surgeries, cosmetic centers, eye centers....every one of them.  Changing the width of the corridors or the size of the halls will not change the ability to remove a person in an emergency.  EMT'S  personnel are able to remove people from old buildings, new buildings, homes - regardless as to whether they meet current building codes.  Governer McDonnell, you know this is nonsense and have shown once again why I will never support you for anything.  You are unable to govern based on facts and you blow whichever way you think will get you electedXQ
