Dear Virginia Department of Health,

Your mission for the citizens of Virgina is a serious one.  The citizens entrust you to create a reglatory environment which as much as practically possible, citizens can enjoy reasonable protection aginst forces, usually corporate, that would attempt to reduce this protection.  This is an honorable and necessary mission.

However, the use of this entrusted power to further a political and religous agenda is totally unacceptable.  Of the reading I have done on this subject, I have never read any statement that the TRAP regulations were motivated by medical reasoning.  I have read much about the political and associated religious motivation for these regulations.

I feel it is imparative to at least stop the implementation of these regulations fo further assessment can be done of the true motivations and if the medical needs of the Commonwealth will be addressed by implementing these regulations.
