Do not vote to turn the clock back in Virginia. Medical decisions should be left to a woman and her own health care provider. Republicans act like they are the party of small government but what could be more of a sign of big government than to intrude on a woman's difficult decision to have an abortion using the facility of her choice. This is "over regulation" and shoud not be approved. We all can see through this as a sneaky way of banning abortion.
