The General Assembly and the Governor seem to think they have the right to tell women how to run their lives.  They need to spend their time fixing the road system, finding jobs for Virginians and improving education.  We need to find people to run our goverment who do not think women should be kept barefoot and pregnant.  We are going back to the age of coat hanger abortions with these regulations since they are so restrictive that many clinics will close.  I am amused by all the comments listed that we need to protect women's health. I think we can safely leave that to the doctors and not to old men with bad haricuts.
