The proposed regulations for TRAP are excessive, burdensome and unnecessary - and will be very expensive for patients.  I am 66, but I still recall the anguish of a self-induced abortion at age 21, and would not wish it on any woman.  An abortion is a medical procedure which needs serious consideration by both patient and doctor, but it should not be almost impossible to get or surrounded with excessive regulation and possibly in a degrading manner.  Please amend or rescind the proposed regulations.
