Dear Sir or Madam:

I am in support of regulating abortion clinic.  Any facility engaged in medical procedures must be regulated and inspected to ensure cleaniness and compete personnel. There are unimagible number of women who get infections, are injured or even die from "so-called" safe abortions.  Mandating abortion have the same medical standards as hospitals will ensure the safety of the women.
