For the last several decades in the U.S. the abortion/infanticide industry has had almost no safety regulation. Abortion

"doctor" Kermit Gosnell was charged with the death of a "female patient and the murder of seven babies whose spinal

cords were severed with scissors after they were born alive" according to District Attorney Seth Williams of

Philadelphia. No rational Virginian would oppose safety regulations to save the lives of women and babies and avoid a

redux of the tragedy in Pennsylvania. These people NEED regulation.
