I work in the field of vulnerability assessments and security.  It is critical that any security plans for clinics be exempt from public disclosure. In addition, language must indicate that inspections occur only during normal business hours. Architectural guidelines imposed on Women's Health Centers must ONLY be for new construction and be EXACTLY the same as for any other similar type of building in Virginia. Purposefully singling out women's clinics does not make sense for humanity or political reasons.
