TRAP

The name "TRAP" says it all.  As a female I find the word "TRAP" in regards to my personal health care extremely offensive.  That's right up there with McDonnell thinking it would be a good idea to require a pelvic ultrasounds before receiving an abortion.  Male politicians have no business making decisions related to female health care. That's between me and my doctor.  You want to deregulate the government and yet you easily want to pass regulations that affect my personal health.  By passing regulations that would result in the closing of health centers that specialize in health care for women, you will take away the only medical care that many women can afford.   Women with pre-cancerous conditions will not get early detection and their cancers will not be discovered until it's too late. If you want to put that into fiscal terms, it will cost the government more money to treat advanced diseases and serious illnesses because females were denied routine health care. Most intelligent people know thatTRAP is about politics and getting votes and it's dispicable that you would jeopardize the health of women for the sake of re-election. How can you go to sleep at night know that you'd rather get some Republicans re-elected than providing health care for women.  Is this what you want for your mothers, sisters, wives, and daughters?  You should be ashamed of yourselves for trying to eliminate health care for ANYONE.  How would you feel if the legislature took away the right for men to buy Viagra? It's OK for men to get medication for erectile dysfunction, but it's not OK for women to have access to abortions.  Where's the equality in that? Please do not proceed with TRAP regulations. Women need assess to health care in centers where the doctors and nurses are supportive and trained to deal with women's issues. Thank you for considering my thoughts and opinions.
