Though I do not believe abortion is right, I do believe that if it is gonig to be an option, it should be legal and heavily regulated.  If you make it illegal people will still find away to do it, whether it be safe or not.  I think the regulation should ensure that the women have the most professional, clean and safe options that any other surgical procedure recieves.
