Abortion Clinic Health Regulations should be permanent

Abortion clinics are medical facilities and need to be licensed, regulated, and inspected to protect women from unscrupulous abortionists like Dr. Simopoulus, who was arrested several years ago because of the deplorable conditions at his abortion clinic in Norfolk (discovered in a police "sting" operation), and  Dr. Steven Brigham, recently arrested on five counts of first degree murder, and owns Virginia Women's Wellness in Virginia Beach and several abortion facilities out of state.

Requiring permanent licensure, regulations and inspections is common sense to protect the health and safety of women as much as possible who are  having medical procedures performed..  If not required permanently,  then there will always be those who do not have emergency equipment, emergency access, sanitary conditions,  medical licenses in good standing, etc.  Why jeopardize women's lives unnecessarily?
