Classifying women's health centers as hospitals is unnecessary and could be dangerous to women's health. 

These clinics are already regulated through the same procedures as doctors' offices are, and they have excellent safety records.  The changes could cause some centers to close, and a woman would  have to travel further and spend more money to get a  needed medical procedure. 

The regulations change is a fanatical attempt to make abortion hard to get.  Abortion is a legal procedure and  the most common one women get.  Why?  Women very much want to plan their families so they can take proper care of their children.
