Without permanent abortion clinic standards and regulations, these clinics will continue to perform life-threatening abortions to women under sub-standard procedures and therefore adding to their already susceptible sensitivites to other medical conditions.

I ask you to please make these regulations permanent; otherwise, women will continue to be subjected to horrendous surroundings.
