First of all abortion is not health care.  I strongly support keeping the regulations for abortion facilities in place to promote the safety of women undergoing this procedure.  It is important that facilities that provide medical procedures for women be held to the highest safety standards.  Also if my some miracle the baby being aborted lives then by having these regulations in place the baby may still live.
