Abortion kills children, and hurts women.  These regulations may prevent some children from being killed, but are focused on the health of the women.  They are needed at this time to prevent the reoccurrence of incidents that took place in Pennsylvania where an abortionist was running a filthy clinic.

We should add background checks on all abortionists.  Do they really have a license to practice medicine, or are they medical student drop outs?
