The medical standards proposed by medical experts at the Department of Health last year are reasonable, although perhaps not stringent enough, for ensuring that, during abortions or other medical procedures, life-saving equipment is on hand, infections are prevented, and that clear written policies and building guidelines are in place.  Please make these regulations permanent.
