If Planned Parenthood and other abortion facilities want to be regarded as "health centers" for women, then they should be subject to all regulations required of any other medical facility. These abortion clinics send women home too soon, sometimes very sick. Now they want to encourage this new procedure of "tele-abortion" so women don't even get to see a doctor. How is this health care?
