I don't know that anyone who is making the decision on this issue will read this, but here goes anyway.  I think this is unnecessary regulation when Virginia has shown no problem at the centers as they have been regulated.  People keep saying the government regulates too much until it's her or his pet issue.  Well, this is another example where the new regs are simply a way to stop abortions under the guise of a woman's health.  Instead, it is just the opposite.  Women need places for safe abortions. The decision to have an abortion, never an easy one,  is a woman's decision, not the legislature or a religious group.  At the least, grandfather in existing clinics that have shown no problems.
