I think this proposal is based on ideaology and not health concerns. There have been infections and deaths associated with dental facilities and with other stand alone medical facilities and there  is no rush to close them down. This proposal affects poor women the most as they have the fewest options for an unplanned pregnancy. Have you not noticed how many women from poor families are now able to enter the workforce and /or go to school.  Let'slet women make their own decisions with their Drs and keep the state out it
