Abortion clinics are medical facilities and the common logic is that they should be regulated as are all the other medical facilities.  This is simple really and I am shocked that we as a community we are having this debate.  Would anyone go to an unregulated primary care doctor?  Or how about an unregulated hospital emergency room?  If you are sensible than the answer is no.
