If the government's real purpose was to protect women's health, these regulations would apply to all centers where minor procedures are done, including wisdom teeth removal and colonoscopies. Since removing wisdom teeth is far more dangerous than abortion, can we expect regulations for dentists' offices to be approved in this legislative session?  I think not. Reoublicans do not care a fig about women's health. They just want to push an anti-rational, anti-scientific agenda to appease the conservative base.
