I stongly condemn the proposed regulations of women's health centers.  They require the centers to make expensive changes to their facilities--changes which have serve no medical purpose.  This is simply an effort to restrict women's access to safe and reasonbly priced reproductive services.  Shame on Gov. McDonnell and his minions!!!
