Regulation of abortion centers should be serious and permanent.  Thre is no reason why anyone should be undergoing medical  procedures in unregulated clinics.  Abuses and even deaths due to incompetent medical personnel and unsafe medical conditions in abortion clinics are public knowledge.  These regulations are long overdue.
