Please keep the regulations for Abortion Centers.  Dangerous and sometimes brutal procedures are being performed there.  Women have died during abortions and as a result of abortions.  It doesn't matter that it doesn't always happen.  Because it sometimes happens is reason enough to require abortion providers to be prepared to properly handle all of the possible emergencies.  Women are not expecting their own lives to be in jeopardy when they go for an abortion.  These are surgical procedures and the facility needs to be up to those kinds of standards.  Please retain the regulations.
