When women visit a medical facility, they expect the facility to be held to a standard of care.  Unfortunately, without regulations, that standard of care cannot be verified.  For the health and safety of the women of the Commonwealth, please enact these regulations permanently in Virginia.  These regulations require abortion clinics to meet the same reporting and safety standards as toher ambulatory surgical centers.  Regardless of whether an individual is Pro-choice or Pro-Life, I think we all can agree that the women receiving services should do so in a safe environment.
