I strongly support enacting permit regulations on facilities where abortions are conducted.  As horrible as abortion is, it is at its very core a surgery.  Any facility that conducts surgeries is required to provide sterile facilities and the appropriate emergency response equipment in case of unforeseen events.  Abortion facilities should be held to the same standard as any other medical facility.
