It is my hope that the regulations will be amended to be based purely on medicine and science and should not impede women's access to essential health care.  The women of Virginia should be allowed to exercise their right to choice as allowed under the U.S. Constitution.  The State of Virginia should not make it difficult for women of all economic abilities to get reproductive health care or any needed health care.  Do not force women to go to other states or to illegal operators for care they may need.
