To Whom It May Concern,

I can only hope that you will put the health of women and children over your religious ideologies since you are the Board of Health. 

It is a statistical and well-known FACT that when women have control over their procreation, they make good choices and the result is: fewer unwanted pregnancies and fewer abortions.  (There is also the added plus of saving the lives of men, women and children from sexually transmitted diseases through condom use.) When will you start saving lives and treasuring life? 

Please be sensible and do not add these new and onerous regulations to the already many hoops women in Virginia must jump through to get an abortion.
