Change in regulations for abortion clinics should apply to all medical and outpatient (including medi spas and dentists) facitilites.

I hope this new regulations are being passed for the good of all commonwealth citizens. I don't think ANY regulation should single out one type of service provider. Regulation from any government should be constrained, only  applied when necessary and to all businesses.

Leave politics out. Are these regulations needed to protect our citizens. If yes, then why do they apply to a narrow scope. All citizens of the commonwealth should be protected. These rules should apply to all. If no, then they are not needed.
