The proposed abortion clinic regulations do not seem to be designed for individual or public health reasons but as a method of artifically limiting legal abortion procedures in Virginia.  The proposed regulations will disapportionally affect poor and working class women, the ones that rely on the clinics that will have the most trouble meeting the proposed excessive regulations.

I urge you to oppose these regulations and concentrate on expanding family planning for the good of all of us rather than punish poor and working class familys by removing health options.
