I urge you to please reject the measure to make permanent the regulations that are temporarily in place. Virginia women need more access to healthcare - not less. These regulations are politically motivated and will harm women in Virginia. Regulations should only be motivated by medical evidence, need, and in the best interests of women's health. Please do not make these regulations permanent - and if any regulations are made permanent - please ensure that the regulations are medically necessary that are instituted. Virginia women are hoping that the elected officials act in the best interest of our basic health care and rights - not  institute policies that will harm us.
