As a woman who considers herself a Virginia, who now lives New Hampshire, and hopes to move back to Virginia, these laws are insulting and dangersous to women.  

As a woman who has had an abortion, had children and lost a child and gone thru invitro to have a child, I feel I am qualified to speak out.  Abortion is not an easy decision for any woman to make, it is her decision.  No woman should b eshamed about making the decision that is best for her and her family.  Only she has the right to choose and laws like these are to "punish" the woman and her provider for making this decision.  It does not protect woman's health, it hurts it.

We need to start focusing on women and not on the fetus.  If we made birth control more accessible and affordable, we would be helping women.
