These regulations have failed so many times for a reason.  They are not designed to protect women's health or make procedures safe.  Abortions are one of the safest procedures.  These regulations are intended to shut down clinics that provide critical health services to all sorts of patients, but especially low income woman who rely on clinics for affordable, preventative services of all varieties.

If these regulations become permanent, Virginia will be the laughingstock of the entire nation.  Passing regulations to promote a radical conservative agenda to the detriment of women, under the guise of protecting these women.  I do not want to live in a state that is hostile towards women and has a Department of Health committed to hurting patients for their own political gain.
